Halcombe School Caretaker & Cleaner
Part time Permanent Position
We seek a capable, energetic person to take over the role of Caretaker & Cleaner at this school of 190-200 students, (8 classrooms). The school is a happy workplace and has well maintained buildings and beautiful grounds in a lovely rural area, close to Feilding.
The successful applicant will enjoy working in an environment with children and teachers and be happy to be part of the life of the school and join in with and help with appropriate school activities.
Trade and prior qualifications, experience and ability is an advantage in securing this position.
This is a part time combined position: 13 hours caretaking, 20 hours cleaning.
Salary will be commensurate with the NZ Caretakers and Cleaners Collective Agreement, and will reflect experience & qualifications.
Applications close: Friday 27th September, 3pm (end of term).
Start: Either on Wednesday 30th October OR Monday 4th November
(there will be either a week, or week-and-a-half transition period with the retiring person).
